The Archive is best experienced in a quiet place with a good internet connection. It requires a desktop or laptop, in full screen mode.
Interest in the Archive is entirely generated through word of mouth. If you enjoy your visit, please let others know in person and on social media.
The Archive of Missing Things was created in Kjipuktuk (Halifax, Nova Scotia), in Mi’kma’ki, the territory of the Mi’kmaq people. We are Treaty people, working here in recognition of the Peace and Friendship Treaties that establish the Mi’kmaw as the traditional occupants of these unceded lands.
